Disability Equality Plan Launched Today, the Scottish Government officially launched the Disability Equality Plan. This is a major milestone shaped by the voices of disabled people and Disabled People’s Organisations (DPOs). This Plan is the result of strong, collective campaigning through Disabled People Demand Justice, led by Disability Equality Scotland, Inclusion Scotland, and Glasgow Disability Alliance.
