Hello everyone,
Today, we are pleased to launch a new Disability Equality Scotland website. This is designed to make it easier to find information, connect with our work and get involved.
The new site brings together information about us, our membership and work, news, events, and opportunities to have your say.
We have focused on making information clearer and easier to find using different devices and ways of accessing the web. You can now move more easily between our key areas of work, discover useful information, and find the right route to contact us.
Launching our new website today is an important step, but not the end of the process. We will continue to review, update and add new content, so please be patient with us.
We are incredibly grateful to HeX Productions. They provided this new site for free after our fantastic colleague Sonya won a competition. I also want to extend a big thank you all those in the DES team who have worked so hard to bring the site to life.
We want our new site to work well for disabled people, our members, Access Panels, partners and everyone interested in disability equality. Please have a good look around and tell us if you find a barrier, cannot locate something, or have an idea for improvement. Email us at admin@disabilityequality.scot.
