Sunflower Lanyard: Not Every Disability is Visible

The Sunflower Lanyard doesn’t mean face mask exempt – it’s much more than that.

80% of disabilities are hidden. From autism to anxiety disorders or visual impairments, there are many reasons why people might need more support that others cannot see.

The Sunflower Lanyard is a discrete indicator of hidden disabilities like these, to help explain that someone might need assistance, more time or simply just understanding. More people than ever know about the Sunflower Lanyard scheme, though it doesn’t mean mask-exemption for everyone.

The Sunflower is here for anyone that chooses to indicate that they have an invisible disability.
